In 2017, Oy Steelpro Ltd, a Finnish company, provided its Latvian subcontractor glass railings installer Skontoplan Sia with 2400 metres of LK63 profiles to be installed in the Lombard Wharf residential building project in south London. The British firm of architects Patel Taylor designed this 28-storey building for the developer Barratt London. The impressive tower building features pre-cast concrete balconies and its curved shape provides every apartment in the building with excellent and wide views of the surroundings.
